It's Official

We are a large family. We don't know when our baby will be born, but at least now we can all ride home from the hospital together!

It looks great! I'm so glad you got such a nice color. It looks like a family car and NOT a delivery van ;-)

Prayers for you during these last days.

That puppy needs a wreath hung on the front grate STAT.

I totally agree, although I also just saw a car with antlers and a red nose, which would go well with the color.

We are working on a name, all of our previous cars have been named after "thomas" trains.

I almost didn't write this because I don't want it to come acoss as rude, but I am genuinely curious: Do you need a special driver's license?

Wow, you are in the big BIG leagues now, MA. Awesome! Some member of the Facebook generation (like age 25 or under) should burn you a crusing CD. May I suggest Here Comes the Hotstepper for your playlist? Put on your shades, crack the windows, teach your kids how to "raise the roof", and crank up the music. What's the problem? That was cool in 1999, when I used to still be cool.

Rory, my husband actually suggested Clarabel as well, we'll see if it takes. Percy is headed for charitable donation after 10 years of hard work.

This does not require a special license, but I think it is the outside limit, my MIL, who used to drive an ambulance, tells me I would need a CDL for anything bigger.

The length is not as much as a problem, except for parking, but the width is tough to get used to.

Our first outing was to a church childrens mass and tree lighting last night, and we scoped out the good places to park for Mass, since the crowded church parking lot is not going to cut it. Running late is not going to be an option, though, because we have to find just the right parking spot.

I know it's a little late, and I apologize. I haven't had my computer for over three weeks. That being said...

As someone who used to drive a bus for a child-care facility- when it comes to parking, look for spaces you can pull through so you pull out of the space going forward or back in to a space. The latter sounds difficult, but it's much easier than trying to back out of a parking space. You eventually will get really good at backing in.
