Anyone Else Need a Boost?

Click here to see one of my favorite musical groups, Celtic Woman, and their amazing version of "You Raise Me Up". I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Kat, thank you so much for this link! I didn't know this group but LOVE this type of music. Do you have a CD of theirs to recommend because it's going to be #1 on my gift wish list. So uplifting, potential material here for turning around a hard day! I just found Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring by them on YouTube... WOW. Just what I needed as February rolls into a snowy, frigid early March : ) Thank you!!

K-Dogg, I can't even tell you how perfect this is in my apartment this morning. My daughter has been taking violin lessons for three months and her initial enthusiasm is starting to wane. We try and keep her pumped up with lots of Mozart and Vivaldi on the stereo, but, man, YouTube of pretty girls in pretty dresses playing violin is way more effective. She was glued to the screen for like 14 minutes, and I kept pointing out how the girl with the violin got the most important spot on the stage, etc. etc. I have a feeling that this afternoon's practice session will go much more smoothly than usual thanks to you and our new friends, Celtic Women. Thanks

I realized that I never responded, JM...ALL of Celtic Woman's CDs are amazing, I would recommend their original album because it has some of my favorites, but really they're all great! We watch them whenever they're on PBS, and even got to go to a concert of theirs while living in Boston - what a treat it was!
